Coming Attractions

GrassRoots Solutions is in the planning stages of  a really  Big Event for 2012 .  We will be hosting a marathon, half-marathon, and a 5K race called “”Run for a Compassionate Cure” to raise funds for private sector research, fund petition drives and support state ballot initiatives.   Our goal is to create a war chest for the 2012 Elections.  We imagine that there will be a host of state initiatives on the ballot and we want to be ready .  Every state we add brings us one step closer to full legalization.

We are calling on committed individuals from all areas of the entertainment fields to act as spokespersons. The word is just going out, but the response has been very encouraging.  Putting a well-spoken, familiar face in front of the public gets people to listen to our message, and hopefully, will change enough minds to make the difference.

There are many ways to participate in this event:  you can volunteer , you can sign up to run, , pledge to support another runner, make a donation, or sponsor a simultaneous run in your city.
