The Democrats have traditionally been the party of middle class, but they are moving further and further to the right – so much so that they more now resemble the Republicans of yesterday.  The latest assault on MMJ patients comes from Norma Torres (D), who’s new bill,  AB 2552,  would seek to criminalize anyone who operates a motor vehicle with “any detectable amount of marijuana or its metabolites in their system” – regardless of whether their psychomotor performance is demonstrably impaired.
